Yesterday, I had a 1 hour phone conversation with someone I haven't talked to in about a year (as she moved to Saskatchewan), but now she's back-it was so nice to just reminisce and see where we're at. It's as if that 1 year didn't pass us, except that we're now one year older!
I also had a 1 hour Skype date with my friend from PEI (who I'm excited to go see after my trip to the Czech) - we played some Text Twist by screen sharing, so we both could help figure out the words together - pretty 'E-P-I-C' (right DM?) hahahaha. It's amazing what technology can do to keep friendships close!
THEN, today I got a card in the mail that I wasn't expecting and it was from my friend ML. She's so cute. She included a quote that I believe to be so true! (it's down below)
I'm looking forward to this weekend, as my friend is coming from Thursday night-Sunday afternoon, and I am just sooooo excited that she would travel this far (and spend that much) to spend time with me :) It's going to be fun!!
There are more friends that I'm not mentioning here...but I miss you all! :) I love when I hear from you and find out what you're up to, it puts a smile to my face every time!! xoxo
